Hi, I’m Sharon, and I’ve spent the past 27 years helping organizations around the world design and deliver technology products that meet real-world needs. I’m passionate about fostering cultures where collaboration and innovation thrive, and I’m proud to serve as the CEO of Modus Create.

Before joining Modus Create, I led Slalom’s product engineering organization, where I was responsible for strategy, scale, and success across a 1,300+ person team in the Americas. Earlier in my career, I held leadership roles at a software company and at Accenture, delivering technology and communications projects around the globe. Those international experiences shaped my inclusive leadership style and sharpened my ability to unite diverse perspectives to drive outcomes.  

I’m drawn to hard problems, bold ideas, and teams willing to challenge the status quo. I’ve spent my career blurring the lines between IT and business, strategy and execution, empathy and ambition. And I am thrilled that I get to work with the talented team at Modus Create to make that happen for our clients.
