Joel has over 20 years of software quality experience and oversees our global team of quality engineers. He has built and led distributed and on-site QA teams throughout his career. His experience includes leading Agile testing transformation efforts, designing and building automation solutions, and coaching and developing QA engineers.

Joel is based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and loves spending time with his family, biking, fishing, and traveling.
