Customized Atlassian Stack
Our consultants integrated Jira and Confluence into the production environment to streamline the process of managing electronic evidence for law firms. Modus consultants performed a Configuration Jumpstart with fresh instances of Jira Software, Jira Service Desk, and Confluence customized for the client’s needs. In the first two weeks of the engagement, our consultants led the client’s team through proper deployment of Atlassian Server applications in AWS, provided live support during installation and initiation configuration, set up a POAM Jira project and installed add-ons, and created an IT Service desk project using industry templates.
Working with stakeholders, our Atlassian Certified Expert organized the client needs into projects, spaces, workflows, custom fields, and apps. With their customized Atlassian stack, Modus eDiscovery was able to create new Jira projects, reporting templates, and streamline the process of incident reporting for its existing clients. Following the deployment and initial configuration of the Atlassian Server, our Atlassian experts provided additional guidance and configuration assistance to ensure the client’s team can easily maintain and scale the solution.
